But this is a cleaning service, not a disguised sales inspection. We're not going to pressure you into a roof replacement you don't need. If we notice something worth a closer look, we'll mention it — and if you want a full roof inspection, that's a separate service we're happy to schedule.

We don't require a membership or subscription. You schedule a cleaning when your home needs one — once a year, twice a year, or after a big storm that dumped branches and debris on the roof.

Do steep or two-story homes cost more?
Taller, steeper, and heavily wooded homes take more time and equipment to work safely, which is reflected in a property-specific quote. We'll ask about your home and give you a clear price before we schedule.
Do you inspect my roof while you're cleaning?
This is a cleaning service, not a sales inspection. If we notice an obvious roofing or gutter concern while we're already up there, we'll let you know and can photograph it — but we don't perform a full roof inspection unless you request one separately.
